From your criteria, I’ll create an MLS search for properties that align with your needs and wishes so that as a home hits the market, you’ll be among the first to view it online. We’ll walk through homes you’re interested in and I’ll dig up all the information needed to help you make an informed decision whether to write an offer or not. Many factors go into writing strong offers, and we’ll discuss all the variables to make your best offer with the terms that you’re comfortable with, including seller concessions to help meet your commission obligations to me. Timing is critical when viewing homes and submitting offers, especially on properties that don’t have an offer deadline. I’m committed to working diligently to support my clients, which means being available and accessible when you need me, and I’m proud to have built a strong support system of fellow Five Star realtors that know and trust each other to step in to assist when needed.
