About Me
I love to travel the globe with my adventurous husband. I enjoy gatherings with family, especially that rare summer get-away to our lake house with all our children and grandchildren from Michigan and North Carolina. Family time is the best time!
I’m a lifelong Michigander who loves our West Coast shoreline, and quiet little Northern Michigan towns in all seasons, but especially the unmatched beauty of Pure Michigan Summers! When traveling, you’ll often find me collecting rocks & driftwood or taking in the beauty of a sunset, a bird in flight, or the call of a loon. Being in nature fills my cup.
Home is where I enjoy creating spaces that invite people in, whether it’s curating a cozy loft, building a welcoming fire, working on a stained glass project, or expanding my garden of flowers and veggies to welcome friends and family- I’m hands on and all about creating beauty around me for all to enjoy. I’m also a foodie and I love perusing cookbooks, baking, cooking and eating great food paired with amazing wine.
Much of my career has been spent in sales and service. After graduating from Aquinas College with a BS/BA, I worked as a production manager for an ad agency, as a sales rep in the graphic arts industry, a para-pro in Byron Center Public Schools, a catechist in my church, a yoga instructor, a volunteer for Hospice, and various other volunteer roles.
Kindness is my way of being, and I’m dedicated to treating all people with love & respect. If you have housing questions or needs, or you know someone who does, take that first step and reach out!
